What your customers do
They design the building. You get the quote.
- Pick a style and a size, and spin the building around in 3D.
- Choose the siding, trim, roof and door colors.
- Add doors, windows, ramps, shelves and more, and drag them where they want them. Look inside and see the floor plan.
- See the price as they go, and a monthly price if you offer rent to own.
- Send you a quote with their building, from your website or standing on your lot.

The 3D designer stands on its own. It works alongside the software you already use for contracts, payments, inventory and delivery, and does not replace it.

Every quote, in one place
Set your price list once and every lot uses it. Each quote lands on that lot’s customer list, with follow-ups, notes and orders. Your owner, managers and dealers each see their own lots.
03 · Set up for you
Answer the questions, we build it
You answer our Setup Questions and send your logo, price sheet and photos. We build your designer the way you build your sheds, show you every building and price, and you open it when it is right.
What it costs
No setup fee. $250 a month.
Three lots is still $250 a month, with nothing extra for the other two. Hosting, updates, fixes and help are included.

Fifteen minutes to see it and ask questions. Then we send you the Sign‑Up Form, the terms and the Setup Questions.

Answer the questions
Sign the form and answer the questions. Send your logo, your price sheet and photos of your buildings.

Check your buildings
We build your 3D designer and show you your buildings and prices. You tell us they are right.
04
Open it
Open it to your customers and put it on your website. Quotes start landing in your Dealer Center.
