What this website collects.

Short version: the demo form, and Microsoft Clarity so we can see how people use the site. No advertising trackers, and nothing sold or shared.

The demo form

When you fill in the demo form, on the homepage or the contact page, what you type — your name, business, phone, email, how many lots you have, the best time to reach you, and anything you tell us — is sent to us so we can set up your demo and get back to you about Barnwright. If you tried the 3D designer on the homepage first, the building you designed goes with it. We use it for that and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anybody.

Ask us to delete it and we will, at sales@barnwrightsoftware.com.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to learn how visitors use this website: which pages they open, where they click and scroll, and which buttons they use, including replays of visits. It helps us fix what is confusing. What you type into the demo form is hidden from Clarity and never recorded. Clarity sets cookies so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. Microsoft handles that data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not use it for advertising.

To stop Clarity, block cookies for this site in your browser, or turn on your browser’s tracking protection.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Netlify, who keep ordinary server logs of requests — the kind every web host keeps. The website’s font is stored on this site, so reading these pages sends nothing to Google. Alan’s business card page is the exception: its fonts come from Google Fonts, which means your browser fetches them from Google when that page opens.

Customers' own data

This page is about the marketing website you are reading. If you are a Barnwright customer, the data inside the apps — your buildings, your customers, your prices — is yours. It is not shared between companies, and you can have it exported whenever you ask, including on the way out.
